This is a follow-on to the Theofanos and Redish paper listed below. Based on observations of users who magnify the screen, we give guidelines for web designers and we raise critical issues of experience equity and universal access.  We consider a new vision of the future that includes personal profiles that are flexible, portable, and allow graceful transformation of information on all web sites.
